To adjust the seat memory settings, first ensure the vehicle is in Park. Adjust the seat, mirrors, and steering column to your preference. Then, press and hold the 'SET' button on the driver’s door until you hear a beep, followed by pressing the memory button '1' or '2' to save the settings.
First, ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. Then, delete any existing pairings on both your phone and the vehicle. Try to pair the devices again by selecting 'Phone' on the MDX’s infotainment system and following the prompts to connect a new device.
After ensuring the tires are inflated to the correct pressure, drive the vehicle for a few miles at a speed above 28 mph. The system should automatically recalibrate and reset the TPMS warning light.
To update the navigation system, purchase the latest map update from the Acura Navigation System website or an authorized dealer. Insert the update disc or USB into the system, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
Access the vehicle settings through the dashboard menu. Navigate to 'Personalized Settings' and select 'Door Setup'. From there, you can customize automatic door locking/unlocking preferences.
First, replace the battery in the remote. If it still doesn't work, try reprogramming the remote by turning the ignition to the ON position, pressing the lock button on the remote, and then turning the ignition off. Repeat this sequence three times.
Turn on the rear entertainment system using the remote or controls on the system itself. Insert a DVD into the player or connect a device via HDMI. Use the remote or controls to navigate the interface and select media for playback.
Check that the system is set to 'Auto' mode. Ensure that the temperature settings are correct and that the air vents are not blocked. If issues persist, consult the owner’s manual for fuse locations and check for any blown fuses related to the climate system.
Regular maintenance includes oil and filter changes every 5,000-7,500 miles, rotating tires every 5,000-7,500 miles, checking brake pads and rotors, and inspecting fluids such as coolant, brake fluid, and transmission fluid.
Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine. Use the selector wheel on the steering wheel to navigate to the maintenance menu. Select 'Oil Life' and hold the 'Select/Reset' button until the oil life resets to 100%.
