To reset the navigation system, press and hold the power button on the audio system for about five seconds. This should reboot the system.
Visit the official Acura Navigation website to purchase the latest map update. Follow the instructions provided to download and install the update using a USB stick.
Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone, then on the car's display, go to Settings > Phone > Bluetooth Device List > Add Bluetooth Device, and follow the prompts to complete the pairing.
First, try restarting the infotainment system by holding the power button for five seconds. If the problem persists, check the fuses and consider a factory reset if needed.
