To set the time, gently pull out the crown located at the back of the clock and turn it to adjust the hands to the correct time. Once set, push the crown back in to start the clock.
First, check if the battery needs replacing. If the battery is fine, ensure that the clock hands are not obstructed and are moving freely. If issues persist, consider consulting the user manual or contacting customer support.
To replace the battery, open the battery compartment at the back of the clock, remove the old battery, and insert a new AA battery, ensuring the correct polarity. Close the compartment securely after replacement.
