To set the time, gently pull out the time-setting knob located at the back of the clock and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise until the correct time is displayed. Push the knob back in to secure the setting.
First, check the battery compartment and replace the battery if necessary. Ensure that the battery is properly installed. If the clock still doesn't work, consider resetting it by removing the battery, waiting a few minutes, and then reinstalling it.
The Acctim Hardwick 16121 does not have a volume adjustment for the alarm. It has a preset sound level.
The Acctim Hardwick 16121 requires one AA battery. Ensure you use a high-quality alkaline battery for optimal performance.
Use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the surface of the clock. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions as they may damage the clock's finish or internal mechanisms.
It is recommended to use standard alkaline batteries in the Acctim Hardwick 16121. Rechargeable batteries may not provide consistent voltage and can affect clock performance.
To enable the alarm, slide the alarm switch to the "ON" position. To disable it, slide the switch to the "OFF" position. The switch is typically located on the back or side of the clock.
This issue often indicates a mechanical jam. Try gently tapping the clock or carefully adjusting the hands to ensure they are not catching on each other or the clock face.
If the clock starts losing time or stops intermittently, it may be a sign that the battery is low and needs replacement.
The Acctim Hardwick 16121 is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to outdoor elements such as moisture and extreme temperatures can damage the clock.
