To connect headphones, locate the headphone jack on the front left underside of the piano. Insert the headphone plug into the jack. This will automatically mute the internal speakers, allowing you to play silently.
First, ensure the piano is properly powered on. Check for any debris between the keys and gently clean them. If the problem persists, a technician may need to inspect the internal connections.
To adjust the touch sensitivity, press and hold the [DEMO/SONG] and [PIANO/VOICE] buttons simultaneously. Then, press a key between C1 and E1 to select the desired sensitivity level: Hard, Medium, or Soft.
Regularly dust the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using chemical cleaners. Ensure the keys are free of debris. Schedule professional servicing every 1-2 years to maintain optimal performance.
To transpose, press and hold the [TRANSPOSE] button, then press the C5 key to reset or another key between F#4 and F#5 to transpose up or down. Release the [TRANSPOSE] button to set.
Check that the volume is turned up and the headphones are unplugged. Ensure the power adapter is securely connected. If there is still no sound, a technical inspection might be necessary.
Unfortunately, the YDP-113 does not have a built-in recording function. You can use an external recording device or software by connecting via the MIDI output.
Check if the pedal cord is securely plugged into the pedal jack. If the problem persists, the pedal may need to be replaced, or the piano may require servicing.
Yes, you can connect the piano to a computer using a MIDI interface. Use the MIDI IN/OUT ports on the piano and connect to your computer’s USB port with an appropriate MIDI-USB converter.
Press the [PIANO/VOICE] button repeatedly to cycle through the available voices. The selected voice will be indicated by the lit LED on the control panel.
