For optimal performance, use Yamalube 4-stroke engine oil or equivalent high-quality motor oil with a viscosity grade of SAE 10W-40.
Change the engine oil and filter every 4,000 miles or every 6 months, whichever comes first, to maintain engine health.
The recommended tire pressure is 33 psi for the front tire and 36 psi for the rear tire.
Check the battery for charge and connections, ensure the kill switch is not engaged, and verify the fuel supply. If issues persist, consult a professional mechanic.
Loosen the rear axle nut, adjust the chain adjusters evenly on both sides to achieve 1.2 inches of slack, then retighten the axle nut to specification.
Inspect the air filter every 4,000 miles and replace it every 12,000 miles or sooner if riding in dusty conditions.
Overheating can be caused by low coolant levels, a faulty thermostat, or a clogged radiator. Check these components and ensure proper airflow to the engine.
Ensure regular maintenance, keep tires properly inflated, use high-quality fuel, and avoid aggressive acceleration and braking.
Clean the bike thoroughly, change the oil, add fuel stabilizer, disconnect the battery, and store the bike in a dry place. Cover it with a breathable motorcycle cover.
Remove the caliper bolts, slide out the old pads, insert new pads, and reattach the caliper. Ensure proper alignment and torque specifications are followed.
