For the Yamaha TT-R110E, it is recommended to use Yamalube 10W-40 or a similar high-quality, 4-stroke motorcycle oil. Always ensure the oil meets the specifications outlined in the owner's manual.
The air filter should be checked and cleaned every 20 hours of riding time or more frequently if riding in dusty conditions. Replace the air filter if it shows signs of wear or damage.
The recommended tire pressure for the TT-R110E is 10 psi for the front tire and 15 psi for the rear tire. Always check the pressure when the tires are cold.
To adjust the chain tension, loosen the axle nut and adjust the chain adjusters on each side of the swingarm evenly. The proper slack should be between 30-40mm. Tighten the axle nut after adjustment.
If the TT-R110E won't start, check the fuel level, ensure the engine switch is on, check for a spark by inspecting the spark plug, and ensure the battery is charged. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
Inspect the brake pads every 10 hours of riding or monthly. Replace brake pads if the friction material is less than 1mm thick or if there is uneven wear.
After riding in wet or muddy conditions, thoroughly wash the motorcycle, inspect and clean the air filter, lubricate the chain, and check for water in the oil. Dry and lubricate components as needed.
To adjust the carburetor, locate the idle screw and the air screw. Adjust the idle screw for desired idle speed and the air screw to achieve a smooth idle. Refer to the service manual for specific settings.
The recommended spark plug for the TT-R110E is NGK CR6HSA. Ensure it is gapped correctly to specifications outlined in the owner's manual before installation.
To improve suspension setup, adjust the front fork and rear shock absorber settings to suit your weight and riding style. Refer to the owner's manual for guidance on making these adjustments.
