The Yamaha TT-R110EJ TT-R110E 2018 is designed to run on unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87. Avoid using ethanol-blended fuels with more than 10% ethanol.
It is recommended to change the engine oil every 6 months or every 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Regular oil changes help maintain engine performance and longevity.
The recommended tire pressure for the front tire is 15 psi and for the rear tire is 15 psi. Always check the tire pressure when the tires are cold.
If your bike won't start, check the battery charge, ensure the fuel valve is open, inspect the spark plug for wear, and verify that the kill switch is in the 'run' position.
Regularly inspect, clean, and lubricate the chain every 300 miles. Ensure the chain tension is adjusted to the manufacturer's specification to prevent excessive wear.
To adjust the carburetor, locate the idle speed screw and turn it to achieve a stable idle. If needed, adjust the air-fuel mixture screw for optimal performance. Refer to the service manual for detailed instructions.
The Yamaha TT-R110EJ TT-R110E uses a high-quality ethylene glycol-based antifreeze with corrosion inhibitors. Ensure it is suitable for aluminum engines and mixed with distilled water in a 50:50 ratio.
To improve off-road performance, adjust the fork and shock settings for increased damping and preload. Consider upgrading to aftermarket suspension components for better performance.
For winter storage, clean the bike thoroughly, stabilize the fuel, change the oil, remove the battery and store it in a cool, dry place, and cover the bike to protect it from dust and moisture.
To check and adjust valve clearance, remove the valve cover, rotate the engine to top dead center on the compression stroke, and use a feeler gauge to measure the gap. Adjust as necessary according to the specifications in the service manual.
