The Yamaha TT-R110ED TT-R110 2013 is designed to run on unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87.
It is recommended to change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of use and then every 10 hours of riding or once per year, whichever comes first.
The recommended tire pressure for the Yamaha TT-R110ED TT-R110 2013 is 15 psi for both the front and rear tires.
First, check the fuel level and ensure the fuel valve is on. Verify the kill switch is in the run position, inspect the spark plug, and ensure the battery is charged.
Regular maintenance includes checking the air filter every 20 hours, changing the oil every 10 hours, inspecting the chain tension, and tightening bolts. A comprehensive service should be done annually.
To adjust the chain tension, loosen the axle nut, adjust the chain adjusters evenly on both sides, and achieve a slack of about 1.2 inches (30 mm) in the chain. Tighten the axle nut after adjustment.
If overheating occurs, immediately stop the engine and let it cool. Check for obstructions around the cooling fins and ensure proper oil levels. Avoid riding in extreme heat conditions for prolonged periods.
Performance can be improved by installing a high-flow air filter, upgrading the exhaust system, and ensuring regular maintenance. Additionally, adjusting the carburetor settings may enhance performance.
The recommended spark plug for the Yamaha TT-R110ED TT-R110 2013 is an NGK CR6HSA. Ensure it is properly gapped to 0.6–0.7 mm before installation.
For winter storage, clean the bike thoroughly, change the oil, drain the fuel system, remove the battery and store it in a cool place, and cover the motorcycle to protect it from dust and moisture.
