The Yamaha HTR-5890 does not have built-in Bluetooth capability. To connect a Bluetooth device, you will need to use an external Bluetooth adapter that connects to the receiver's audio input.
Ensure that the receiver is not muted and the correct input source is selected. Check all cable connections between the receiver and speakers. Verify that the speakers are functioning by testing them with another device.
