Workzone AIR FORCE 56102 3906117973 User Manual

The Workzone AIR FORCE 56102 compressor should be powered using a standard 120V AC outlet to ensure optimal performance and safety.
It is recommended to change the oil every 100 hours of operation or every 6 months, whichever comes first, to maintain efficiency and longevity.
Use high-quality, non-detergent air compressor oil with a viscosity of 30-weight for optimal lubrication.
Turn off and unplug the compressor, then open the drain valve located at the bottom of the tank to release accumulated moisture. Close the valve once all moisture is drained.
Check the power supply, ensure the power switch is on, and inspect the fuse or circuit breaker. If the issue persists, consult a technician.
Use the pressure regulator knob to adjust the output pressure to the desired level. Turn clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease the pressure.
Drain the tank of all moisture, change the oil, clean the air filter, and store the compressor in a dry, cool place to prevent damage.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the filter, and clean it with mild soap and water. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
Excessive noise could be caused by loose components, lack of lubrication, or worn parts. Inspect and tighten all connections, ensure proper oil levels, and replace any worn parts.
Ensure the compressor is turned off and unplugged, secure all attachments, and use the handle for lifting. Transport in an upright position to avoid oil spillage.
