To install Westinghouse ACC210 liners, first ensure the surface is clean and dry. Align the liner carefully and press it into place, starting from one end and working towards the other to avoid air bubbles. Secure edges as needed.
If misalignment occurs, gently peel back the liner to the misaligned section and realign. If adhesive issues persist, clean the surface again and reapply with pressure.
Regularly inspect the liners for signs of wear or damage. Clean them with a mild detergent and soft cloth to prevent dirt buildup, and ensure the edges remain sealed.
Westinghouse ACC210 liners are designed for moderate temperature ranges. For high-temperature applications, verify compatibility with the manufacturer to avoid degradation.
To remove the liners, gently heat the area with a hairdryer to loosen the adhesive. Slowly peel off the liner, applying even force. Clean any residue with an appropriate adhesive remover.
Inspect the installation area for cleanliness and dryness. If the adhesive fails, reapply a compatible adhesive or contact the manufacturer for replacement options.
ACC210 liners have moderate chemical resistance. For exposure to harsh chemicals, review the liner's specifications or consult with the manufacturer for detailed compatibility.
Clean the area around the tear and apply a patch using an adhesive compatible with the liner material. Ensure the patch is pressed firmly into place and is airtight.
Store ACC210 liners in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in their original packaging until ready to use to prevent contamination or damage.
For rough surfaces, use a primer compatible with both the surface and the liner to enhance adhesion. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.
