To assemble the Vax C90 models, begin by attaching the hose to the main unit. Connect the extension tubes and select the appropriate attachment for your cleaning task. Ensure all parts click into place securely.
Check for blockages in the hose, filters, and brush bar. Clean or replace the filters if necessary. Ensure the dust container is not full and that all connections are airtight.
It is recommended to clean the filters every 3-6 months, depending on usage. Washable filters should be rinsed under warm water and allowed to dry completely before reinserting.
Store the Vax C90 in a dry, cool place. Wrap the cord neatly around the designated hooks and ensure all attachments are securely fastened to prevent loss or damage.
Disconnect the hose from the main unit and carefully remove any visible blockages with a long, flexible object. Avoid using sharp items that may damage the hose.
The Vax C90 models are designed for dry vacuuming only. Using them on wet surfaces can damage the motor and void the warranty.
First, ensure the vacuum is unplugged, then check for any tangled hair or debris in the brush bar. Clean it thoroughly and ensure it is correctly aligned and securely attached.
To replace the dust container, press the release button, remove the container, and empty it. Align it back onto the main unit and press until it clicks securely into place.
Ensure the vacuum is plugged into a working power outlet. Check for a tripped circuit breaker and inspect the power cord for damage. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Regularly clean the filters and dust container, check for blockages, and inspect the brush bar for tangles. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for maintenance and part replacements.
