Toro Z Master Z320 122-cm 74191 Setup Instructions

Ensure the parking brake is engaged, the PTO switch is off, and the motion control levers are in neutral. Turn the ignition key to start the engine.
Check the battery connections, ensure there is enough fuel, and verify that safety switches are engaged. Inspect the spark plug for wear or damage.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first.
Use high-quality SAE 10W-30 or SAE 30 oil that meets the API service classification SJ or higher.
Ensure the blades are sharp and well-balanced, clean the underside of the deck regularly, and mow at the recommended height for your grass type.
Refer to the owner’s manual for a detailed maintenance schedule, but typically it includes checking the engine oil, air filter, and tire pressure before each use and inspecting belts, blades, and battery monthly.
Use the deck lift lever to raise or lower the mower deck to your desired cutting height, which can be set in increments.
Check for debris lodged in the deck, ensure the blades are properly balanced, and inspect the spindle bearings and belts for wear or damage.
Use a garden hose to rinse off grass clippings and debris from the deck and exterior. Avoid using high-pressure washers, which can damage components.
Clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, and add a fuel stabilizer to the gas tank. Store the mower in a dry, sheltered location. Disconnect the battery to prevent drainage.
