Toro Wheel Horse Recycler Rider 70131 Operator's Manual

Ensure the mower is on a flat surface, engage the parking brake, set the throttle to the 'fast' position, turn the ignition key to the 'start' position, and release it once the engine starts.
Check the fuel level, ensure the battery is charged, verify the spark plug connection, and make sure the parking brake is engaged. If it still doesn't start, consult the user manual for further troubleshooting.
Change the oil every 50 hours of operation or at the beginning of each mowing season, whichever comes first.
Use a high-quality SAE 30 oil for temperatures above 32°F and a multi-viscosity 5W-30 oil for temperatures below 32°F.
To adjust the cutting height, use the lever located near the seat. Move it to the desired position, ensuring that the deck is level on both sides.
Clean the mower deck, change the oil, drain the fuel or add a fuel stabilizer, and remove the battery to store it in a cool, dry place.
Disconnect the spark plug wire, tip the mower on its side with the air filter up, use a wrench to remove the blade bolt, replace the blade, and securely tighten the bolt.
Ensure the blades are sharp and properly installed. Check the deck for clogs and make sure the cutting height is set correctly.
Sharpen the blades at least once per mowing season or more frequently if you notice uneven cutting or ragged grass tips.
Check for debris lodged in the blade area, ensure the blade is balanced and properly installed, and inspect the mower deck for damage or misalignment.
