Toro Wheel Horse Recycler 70081 Operator's Manual

To start the Toro Wheel Horse Recycler 70081 Mower, ensure it is on a flat surface, the parking brake is engaged, and the blade control is disengaged. Turn the ignition key clockwise to start the engine.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and the battery is charged. Inspect the air filter for clogs and verify that the fuel shutoff valve is open.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Use SAE 30 oil for optimal performance.
Conduct a thorough inspection of the mower, including checking tire pressure, sharpening the blades, changing the oil, and cleaning or replacing the air filter.
Remove the blade by securing the mower from moving, then use a file or bench grinder to sharpen the blade at a 30-degree angle. Balance the blade before reinstalling.
Check for dull blades, adjust the mowing height, ensure the deck is clean, and verify that the cutting deck is level.
Park the mower on a level surface, adjust the deck height to the lowest position, and use a wrench to adjust the deck links until the blades are level from side to side.
Inspect the blades for damage or imbalance, check for loose parts, and ensure the engine mounting bolts are secure.
Ensure the blades are sharp, mow when the grass is dry, and avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass height at a time.
Clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, empty the fuel tank or add a fuel stabilizer, and store it in a dry, covered area. Disconnect the battery and keep it in a cool place.
