Toro Wheel Horse 71182 Operator's Manual

The Toro Wheel Horse 71182 Tractor is designed to run on unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using ethanol blends greater than 10%.
It is recommended to change the oil every 50 hours of use or at the beginning of each mowing season, whichever comes first.
The recommended tire pressure for the front tires is 14 psi and for the rear tires is 10 psi. Refer to the owner's manual for more details.
Check the battery connections for corrosion, ensure the fuel tank has fresh gasoline, inspect the spark plug for wear, and verify that the air filter is clean.
To sharpen the blades, first disconnect the spark plug wire, remove the mower deck, and then use a grinder to sharpen the blades at the correct angle. Balance the blades before reinstallation.
To replace the drive belt, remove the mower deck, release the tension on the belt, and then slide the belt off the pulleys. Install the new belt following the reverse procedure.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, change the oil, check and charge the battery, lubricate moving parts, and store it in a dry, sheltered area.
Regular maintenance such as changing the oil, air filter, and spark plug, as well as keeping the blades sharp and the tires properly inflated, can improve performance.
Excessive vibration can be caused by unbalanced blades, loose parts, or worn belts. Inspect and balance the blades, tighten any loose components, and replace worn belts.
To adjust the cutting height, locate the height adjustment lever near the footrest on the left or right side of the tractor, and move it to the desired cutting height setting.
