To change the oil, first run the engine for a few minutes to warm it up. Then, turn off the tractor and remove the key. Place a pan under the oil drain plug, remove the plug, and let the oil drain completely. Replace the drain plug and refill with the recommended oil type and quantity.
Use unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using gasoline with more than 10% ethanol content to prevent engine damage.
First, check if there is fuel in the tank and that the fuel valve is open. Ensure the battery is charged and the connections are clean. Inspect the spark plug for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Also, check the safety switches to ensure they are engaged properly.
Consult the owner’s manual for precise tire pressure specifications. Generally, the front tires should be inflated to approximately 12-15 psi, and the rear tires to 10-12 psi.
Use the cutting height adjustment lever located near the operator's seat. Move the lever to the desired position, which will adjust the mower deck to the corresponding height.
Check for debris or damage on the mower blades and ensure they are balanced. Inspect the belts for wear or damage, and check that all mounting bolts are tight.
The air filter should be checked every 25 hours of operation and replaced if it appears dirty or damaged, or at least once per mowing season.
Clean the tractor thoroughly to remove grass and debris. Change the oil and filter, and run the engine to circulate the new oil. Add fuel stabilizer to the gas tank and run the engine for a few minutes. Disconnect the battery and store it in a cool, dry place.
First, disconnect the battery. Remove the mower deck and locate the drive belt. Take note of the belt routing, then remove the old belt. Install the new belt following the same path, ensuring it is seated properly on pulleys. Reinstall the mower deck.
Perform pre-operation checks before each use. Change the oil every 50 hours of operation. Inspect the spark plug, air filter, and blades every 25 hours. Lubricate all grease points every 25 hours. Annually, perform a thorough inspection and maintenance check.
