Ensure the gear is in neutral, the parking brake is engaged, and the PTO switch is off. Turn the ignition key to the 'Start' position until the engine starts, then release the key.
Use SAE 10W-30 motor oil for the engine. Check the manual for oil capacity and change intervals.
Check the battery connections and charge, ensure the fuel is fresh, inspect the spark plug, and verify that all safety switches are operational.
Regularly check and clean the battery terminals, ensure the battery is fully charged, and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
