Ensure the mower is on a flat surface. Turn the ignition key to the "Start" position while ensuring the parking brake is engaged and the blades are disengaged. Release the key once the engine starts.
Check if the PTO (Power Take-Off) switch is turned on. Inspect the drive belt for damage or misalignment. Ensure the battery is fully charged and the connections are clean.
Change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, then every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Use high-quality SAE 10W-30 oil.
The recommended tire pressure is 12-15 PSI for the rear tires and 15-20 PSI for the front tires. Check the pressure regularly to ensure proper operation.
Ensure the blades are sharp and balanced. Clean the underside of the mower deck to prevent grass build-up. Adjust the cutting height appropriately for the grass conditions.
Excessive vibration may be caused by unbalanced or damaged blades, loose mounting bolts, or debris lodged in the mower deck. Inspect these areas and perform necessary maintenance.
Clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, and add a fuel stabilizer to the tank. Store the mower in a dry place and disconnect the battery to prevent drainage.
Check the fuel level and quality, ensure the battery is charged, and inspect the spark plug for wear or damage. Verify that all safety switches are engaged.
Use the height adjustment lever located near the operator's seat to set the desired cutting height. Ensure the mower is on a level surface for accurate adjustment.
Perform a pre-operation check before each use, change the oil every 50 hours, replace the air filter annually, and sharpen the blades every 25 hours or as needed.
