Toro Recycler 22-inch 20022 Operator's Manual

To start the mower, ensure that the fuel valve is open, the throttle is set to 'choke', and the blade control bar is depressed. Then, pull the starter rope firmly.
Use SAE 30 oil for temperatures above 32°F (0°C) and SAE 5W-30 for temperatures below 32°F (0°C).
Sharpen the mower blades at least once per mowing season or more frequently if the grass is thick or the blades become dull.
Check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and verify that the air filter is clean. If the mower still won't start, the spark plug may need replacing.
To adjust the cutting height, locate the height adjustment lever on each wheel and shift it to the desired position, ensuring all wheels are set equally.
Ensure the blades are sharp, mow at a higher setting, and avoid mowing when the grass is wet.
Change the oil every 25 hours of use, clean or replace the air filter every 25 hours, and replace the spark plug every 100 hours. Regularly inspect and clean the mower deck.
Drain the fuel tank, change the oil, remove the spark plug and pour a tablespoon of oil into the cylinder, then rotate the engine slowly to distribute the oil. Store in a dry place.
Check for debris build-up under the deck, ensure the blade is not bent or unbalanced, and inspect the engine mounting bolts for tightness.
Turn off the mower, disconnect the spark plug, and use a garden hose to rinse off grass clippings. Avoid using a pressure washer as it may damage the mower.
