Toro Recycler 21-inch 21332 Operator's Manual

To start the Toro Recycler 21-inch 21332 Mower, ensure the fuel tank is filled and the spark plug is connected. Pull the safety bar towards the handle and use the recoil starter to pull the cord briskly.
Check the fuel level and ensure the fuel valve is open. Inspect the spark plug for damage or buildup and clean or replace if necessary. Verify that all safety features are engaged.
It is recommended to sharpen the mower blade every 20-25 hours of use or at the beginning of each mowing season to maintain optimal performance.
Use SAE 30 motor oil for general mowing conditions. Check the manual for temperature-specific recommendations.
Ensure the blade is sharp and the underside of the mower deck is clean. Mow when the grass is dry and avoid cutting more than one-third of the grass blade length at a time.
After ensuring the mower is off and the spark plug is disconnected, tilt the mower to access the deck. Use a hose to remove grass clippings and debris. Avoid getting water into the engine.
The Toro Recycler 21332 features a single-point height adjustment lever. Move the lever to the desired position to adjust the cutting height evenly across all four wheels.
At the end of the season, drain the fuel, clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, and remove the spark plug to add a few drops of oil into the cylinder. Store in a dry place.
To replace the air filter, remove the cover, take out the old filter, and insert a new one. Ensure it fits snugly and replace the cover securely.
Excessive vibration may be caused by a damaged or unbalanced blade. Inspect the blade for damage and balance it, or replace it if necessary. Check for any loose parts or debris lodged in the mower.
