Change the oil every 100 operating hours or annually, whichever comes first. Use SAE 30 oil for optimal performance.
Maintain the front tires at 14 psi and the rear tires at 10 psi for optimal performance and stability.
Use the cutting height adjustment lever located near the operator’s seat. Adjust to the desired height setting from 1.5 to 4.5 inches.
Use clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using E15 or E85 fuel blends.
Check the mower blades for sharpness and balance. Ensure the deck is level and that the tire pressures are correct.
Check the transmission fluid level regularly and change it every 200 hours of operation. Use the recommended transmission fluid type specified in the manual.
Excessive vibration can be caused by unbalanced or damaged blades, loose components, or improper engine performance. Inspect and correct these issues as necessary.
Clean the tractor thoroughly, remove the battery, and store it in a cool, dry place. Add fuel stabilizer to the gas tank and cover the tractor to protect it from dust and moisture.
