Ensure the mixer is on a level surface, check fuel and oil levels, turn the fuel valve to the 'ON' position, set the choke to 'CLOSED' if the engine is cold, and pull the starter rope. Once started, gradually move the choke to 'OPEN'.
Regularly check and change the engine oil, clean the air filter, inspect the spark plug, and ensure the drum is clean after each use. Lubricate moving parts as recommended in the user manual.
First, check the drive belt for wear or damage and replace if necessary. Ensure the clutch is engaged properly and inspect the drive motor for any electrical issues.
Check the fuel level and quality, inspect the spark plug for fouling, ensure the air filter is clean, and verify that the engine switch is turned on.
Use SAE 10W-30 oil for general use. In extreme temperatures, refer to the engine’s manual for appropriate oil viscosity recommendations.
Inspect the drive belt regularly for signs of wear or damage and replace it annually or as needed based on usage and condition.
Always wear protective gear, keep hands and clothing away from moving parts, never overload the drum, and ensure all guards are in place before operation.
Mix a solution of water and concrete cleaner, run the mixer to loosen residue, then rinse thoroughly with water. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the drum.
Inspect the fuel for contamination, check the air filter for dirt, examine the spark plug, and ensure that the carburetor is clean and properly adjusted.
Drain fuel from the tank, run the engine to empty the carburetor, clean the mixer thoroughly, and store it in a dry, sheltered location. Disconnect the spark plug wire to prevent accidental starting.
