To start the mower, ensure the parking brake is engaged, the PTO switch is off, and the steering levers are in the neutral position. Then, insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'Start' position. Release the key once the engine starts.
Check the fuel level and ensure the fuel valve is open. Verify the battery is charged and connections are clean. Make sure the parking brake is engaged and the PTO is off. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact a service professional.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use and then every 100 hours of operation or annually, whichever comes first. Always use the oil type specified in the user manual.
Regular maintenance includes checking the engine oil, cleaning or replacing the air filter, inspecting the blades for sharpness, checking tire pressure, and lubricating all moving parts as specified in the manual.
Ensure the blades are sharp and properly balanced. Adjust the cutting height to the desired level and mow at an appropriate speed. Also, check the deck for any debris buildup that might obstruct cutting performance.
Excessive vibration can be caused by unbalanced or damaged blades. Inspect the blades for wear and damage, and replace them if necessary. Also, check for any loose bolts or components and tighten them as needed.
Uneven cutting may be due to dull blades, uneven tire pressure, or an improperly leveled deck. Sharpen the blades, check and adjust tire pressure, and level the deck according to the manual's instructions.
Clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, and remove any fuel from the tank or add a fuel stabilizer. Store the mower in a dry, sheltered area and disconnect the battery to prevent discharge.
When transporting the mower, use a trailer or truck bed with suitable ramps. Secure the mower with straps to prevent movement, and ensure the parking brake is engaged during transport.
Check the hydraulic fluid level and refill if necessary. Inspect the hydraulic hoses and connections for leaks. If problems persist, consult the service manual or contact a professional technician for further diagnosis.
