Ensure that the throttle is set to low. Turn the ignition key to the start position while ensuring that the parking brake is engaged. Release the key once the engine starts.
Perform daily checks on fluids and filters, inspect hydraulic hoses weekly, and conduct a thorough inspection of the entire machine every 200 hours of operation.
First, check the hydraulic fluid level and top it up if necessary. Inspect the hydraulic hoses for any leaks or damage. Ensure that the hydraulic filter is clean and replace it if needed.
Warm up the engine, then turn it off. Remove the oil drain plug and allow the old oil to drain completely. Replace the drain plug, add new oil, and check the oil level with the dipstick.
To adjust track tension, lift the loader securely, loosen the lock nuts on the tensioning bolts, adjust the bolts until the track tension is correct, then retighten the lock nuts.
Check the battery for a charge and clean the terminals. Inspect the fuel system for blockages and ensure the ignition system is functioning. Also, verify that the safety switches are engaged.
Locate the air filter housing, remove the cover, and take out the old filter. Insert a new air filter, ensuring it is seated properly, and replace the cover securely.
Check the hydraulic fluid level daily before using the loader to ensure optimal performance and prevent damage to the hydraulic system.
Refer to the operator's manual for the specific tire pressure recommendations, but generally, maintain the tire pressure between 20-25 PSI for optimal performance.
Ensure the loader is securely loaded onto a trailer, use chains and binders to fasten it, and verify that all safety measures are observed, including using wheel chocks.
