Ensure the parking brake is engaged, the PTO is off, and the throttle is set to the 'fast' position. Turn the ignition key to start the engine.
Check the battery connections, fuel level, and spark plug. Ensure the safety switches are engaged. If the problem persists, consult the manual or a professional technician.
Change the oil every 50 hours of operation or at the beginning of each mowing season, whichever comes first. Always use the recommended oil type.
Refer to the tire sidewall or the operator's manual for the recommended tire pressure, typically around 10-14 PSI for the front tires and 10-12 PSI for the rear tires.
Check if the mower deck is level, ensure the blades are sharp and not damaged, and verify that the tire pressure is even on all sides.
Regularly clean the deck to prevent grass buildup, check and tighten all fasteners, and inspect the blades for sharpness and wear.
Park the tractor on a flat surface, remove the ignition key, and disconnect the spark plug. Use a wrench to remove the blade bolts and replace the blades. Ensure they are installed correctly.
Excessive vibration could be due to unbalanced or damaged blades, loose components, or debris caught in the mower deck. Inspect and resolve any issues found.
Clean the tractor, change the oil, drain the fuel, remove the battery and store it in a cool place, and cover the tractor to protect it from dust and moisture.
Ensure the drive belt is intact and correctly tensioned, the transmission fluid is at the correct level, and there are no obstructions in the transmission linkages.
