Ensure that the fuel tank is filled and the oil level is adequate. Pull the starter handle with a smooth motion while holding down the safety bar to start the mower.
Check the fuel level, spark plug connection, and ensure the air filter is clean. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for troubleshooting steps.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use, and then annually or every 50 hours of operation, whichever comes first.
To adjust the cutting height, use the lever located near each wheel to raise or lower the mower deck to the desired height.
Regularly inspect the blades for sharpness and damage. Sharpen or replace the blades as needed, typically after every 25 hours of use.
Check for debris or buildup under the mower deck and inspect the blade for damage. Tighten any loose bolts or connections.
After use, ensure the mower is off and cooled down. Use a brush or cloth to remove grass clippings and debris from the deck and wheels. Avoid using water directly on the engine.
Use fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using gasoline containing more than 10% ethanol.
Ensure the mower's tires are properly inflated and adjust the cutting height to accommodate uneven ground. Mow at a slower speed for better control.
Regularly check and replace the oil, air filter, and spark plug. Clean the mower deck and blades, and inspect for any loose or damaged parts. Follow the maintenance schedule in the user manual.
