Check if the unit is properly plugged in and the power switch is on. Ensure the thermostat is set higher than the current room temperature. If it still doesn't heat, check for any visible damage or contact customer support.
Unplug the heater and let it cool down. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using any abrasive cleaners or immersing the unit in water.
It is not recommended to leave the heater on unattended or overnight. Use the timer function if available and ensure all safety precautions are followed.
Adjust the heat settings using the dial on the front of the heater. Turn it to the desired level, ranging from low to high heat.
Ensure the heater is turned off and unplugged. Let it cool completely, then store it in a dry, dust-free place. Avoid wrapping the cord around the unit tightly.
Unplug the heater and wait for 10 minutes. Plug it back in and try turning it on again. If the problem persists, consult the manual or contact customer support.
The Sunbeam SFH111 is not designed for use in damp or wet areas such as bathrooms. Using it in such environments can be hazardous.
Inspect the heater every few months for dust accumulation and overall condition. Regularly check the cord and plug for any signs of wear or damage.
Turn off and unplug the heater immediately. Allow it to cool and check for any visible obstructions or dust. If the smell persists, discontinue use and contact customer support.
