To clean the soleplate, turn off and unplug the iron. Once cooled, wipe with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a gentle abrasive cleaner. Avoid using metal scouring pads.
Ensure the iron is plugged in and the temperature control is set correctly. Check the power outlet. If the problem persists, the iron may require servicing.
It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral build-up. If tap water is used, regularly clean the iron to maintain performance.
To use vertical steam, hold the iron vertically and press the steam button while gently moving the iron over the fabric to remove wrinkles.
The auto-off feature automatically turns off the iron if left idle for 30 seconds on its soleplate or 15 minutes on its heel. Move the iron to reactivate.
Ensure the water tank is not overfilled and the temperature is set high enough for steam. Avoid using the steam function at low temperatures.
Fill the water tank with a mixture of one part vinegar and two parts water. Heat the iron and let it steam for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly with clear water.
The 'Convertible' feature allows the iron to be used with or without a cord, providing flexibility and ease of use depending on your ironing needs.
Empty the water tank, allow the iron to cool completely, and store it in an upright position in a safe, dry place away from children.
Check if the water tank is filled and the temperature setting is correct. Clean the steam vents with a cotton swab. If still not working, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
