To connect the Shure SR105 speaker, use a standard 3.5mm audio cable or Bluetooth, if supported. Ensure your device is set to 'pairing mode' and select 'Shure SR105' from the list of available devices.
First, check the volume level on both the speaker and the connected device. Verify that cables are securely connected and the device is not muted. Also, try restarting both the speaker and the audio source.
Ensure your speaker is placed on a stable surface, away from obstructions. Adjust the equalizer settings on your audio device to optimize sound quality, and make sure the speaker firmware is up to date.
Regularly dust the speaker with a soft, dry cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals. Check for firmware updates and ensure the speaker is stored in a dry, cool place when not in use.
To reset the speaker, press and hold the reset button (usually located at the back) for 10 seconds until the indicator light flashes, indicating a successful reset.
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, and that the speaker is in pairing mode. Remove any previously paired devices from your list and try pairing again. Keep the speaker within the recommended range of your device.
The Shure SR105 can be used outdoors, but it should be protected from direct exposure to water and extreme temperatures. Consider using a protective cover to shield it from the elements.
Lower the volume when possible, and turn off the speaker when not in use. Avoid exposing the battery to extreme temperatures and charge it regularly to maintain optimal performance.
Check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Ensure the outlet is working and try a different charging source. If the problem persists, it may require professional servicing.
Download the Shure Plus app on your smartphone or computer. Connect the speaker via Bluetooth or USB, and follow the in-app instructions to check for and install any available firmware updates.
