To connect the Shure ANI4OUT to your network, use an Ethernet cable to connect the device's network port to your network switch. Ensure that the network supports Dante audio networking if you plan to use Dante features.
First, install Dante Controller on your computer. Connect the ANI4OUT to the network, then use Dante Controller to route audio from your Dante-enabled devices to the ANI4OUT. Make sure the ANI4OUT is synced to the same clock as your Dante network.
To perform a factory reset, press and hold the reset button on the device for approximately 10 seconds until the status indicator flashes. This will restore the unit to its default settings.
Check all cable connections and ensure the ANI4OUT is properly connected to the network. Verify that audio routing is correctly configured in Dante Controller and ensure that the output device is properly powered and connected.
Download the latest firmware from the Shure website. Connect the ANI4OUT to your computer via the network and use Shure's Device Discovery application to locate the ANI4OUT. Follow the instructions provided with the firmware update package.
Yes, the ANI4OUT supports PoE. Connect it to a PoE-enabled network switch or use a PoE injector to power the device without an external power supply.
You can configure the output levels using the web-based control interface. Access it by entering the device's IP address in a web browser, then navigate to the audio settings section to adjust the levels as needed.
Regularly check and ensure that the device firmware is up-to-date. Clean the unit with a dry, soft cloth and avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. Periodically verify network connections and Dante configurations.
Use the Shure Web Device Discovery or Dante Controller software to monitor the ANI4OUT. These tools provide real-time information about connectivity, clock status, and audio routing.
Ensure the device is powered on and properly connected to the network. Verify that your computer is on the same network and subnet. Disable any firewalls that might block Dante traffic and verify the network settings on the ANI4OUT.
