To assemble your Shark VACMOP 2000WD, attach the handle to the body of the unit until it clicks into place. Then, insert the cleaning pad by sliding it into the pad tray until secured.
It's recommended to use the Shark VACMOP cleaning solution for optimal performance, as it is specifically designed for the product. Avoid using bleach or other harsh chemicals.
First, ensure the solution tank is filled and correctly inserted. Check for any blockages in the spray nozzle and clean it if necessary. If the issue persists, check the battery charge.
Replace the cleaning pad once it becomes heavily soiled or loses its effectiveness. Frequency depends on usage, but generally after each major cleaning session.
To maintain battery life, fully charge the unit before first use. Avoid letting the battery completely discharge, and recharge after each use. Store the unit in a cool, dry place.
To clean the brush roll, first ensure the unit is off. Remove the brush roll cover and gently pull out the brush roll. Remove any debris and rinse with water. Allow it to dry completely before reinserting.
Check if the dust cup is full and empty it if needed. Inspect for blockages in the hose or brush roll area. Ensure all filters are clean and properly installed.
The Shark VACMOP 2000WD is designed for hard floor surfaces. It is not recommended for use on carpets or rugs, as it might not effectively clean such surfaces.
After use, empty the dust cup and remove the cleaning pad. Store the unit upright in a cool, dry place. Ensure the battery is charged to avoid power loss over time.
Clean the filters every month or more frequently if used in high-dust environments. Rinse them with water and allow them to dry completely before reinstalling.
