To assemble your Shark SC630CO Mop, connect the handle to the mop head until it clicks into place. Ensure all parts are securely attached before use.
It is recommended to use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral buildup inside the mop.
The mop pads are machine washable. Remove the pad from the mop head after use and wash it in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry for best results.
Ensure the water tank is filled and securely attached. Check that the unit is plugged in and turned on. If it still doesn't produce steam, try cleaning the nozzle with a pin to remove any blockages.
Descale the mop every 3 months to maintain optimal performance. Use a descaling solution or a mixture of vinegar and water to clean the internal components.
It is not recommended to use any cleaning solutions other than water. Adding chemicals can damage the mop and void the warranty.
The mop is suitable for sealed hard floors, including tile, laminate, hardwood, and stone. Avoid using it on unsealed floors or carpets.
After use, unplug the mop and let it cool down. Empty the water tank and remove the mop pad. Store the mop in an upright position in a cool, dry place.
Ensure the mop pad is clean and not overly saturated with water. Streaks can also occur if the floor is not swept or vacuumed before mopping.
Regularly clean and descale the mop, use distilled water, and avoid using harsh chemicals. Also, follow the manufacturer's guidelines for use and maintenance.
