Shark AI Ultra Robot UR2500SR Owner's Guide

To set up your Shark AI Ultra Robot UR2500SR, first unbox the vacuum and charging dock. Place the charging dock against a wall with ample space around it. Plug it in, and place the robot on the dock to charge. Download the SharkClean app, create an account, and follow the in-app instructions to connect the robot to your Wi-Fi network.
Ensure that the robot is charged and the schedule is set correctly in the SharkClean app. Check for any error messages in the app. Make sure the robot is turned on and properly seated on the charging dock. Restart the robot and the app if necessary.
To clean the dustbin, remove it from the robot and empty it into a trash bin. Rinse it with water if needed and let it dry completely before reinserting. For the filters, remove them from the dustbin, tap off excess dust, and rinse them under water monthly. Allow them to dry for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
Ensure the cleaning area is free of obstacles such as cords, toys, and low-hanging drapes. Use the boundary strips included to block off areas where the vacuum tends to get stuck. Regularly check the wheels and brushes for tangled hair or debris.
To update the firmware, ensure your robot is connected to Wi-Fi. Open the SharkClean app, and if an update is available, you will receive a prompt to install it. Follow the instructions to complete the update process while the robot is on the dock.
Check if the dock is placed in an open area with no obstructions. Ensure the docking station is plugged in and the power indicator is on. If the robot's path to the dock is blocked, it may not return. You can also use the "Return to Dock" command in the app.
Check if the dustbin is full and empty it if necessary. Inspect the brushes and rollers for hair and debris build-up. Ensure the filters are clean and not clogged. Regular maintenance, such as cleaning the brushes and filters, can improve performance.
In the SharkClean app, create a map of your home by allowing the robot to complete a full cleaning cycle. Once the map is saved, you can set no-go zones by selecting areas on the map that the robot should avoid. Save the settings to activate the no-go zones.
To perform a factory reset, press and hold the power button on the robot for 10-15 seconds until it powers off. Release the button, then press it again to turn the robot back on. This will reset the robot to its original settings.
Regular maintenance includes emptying the dustbin after each use, cleaning the filters monthly, and inspecting the brushes and rollers for hair and debris weekly. Check the wheels and sensors for obstructions and wipe them with a dry cloth as needed.
