To connect your TV to a Wi-Fi network, go to Settings > Network > Wireless, then select your network and enter the password.
First, ensure the TV is plugged into a working power outlet. Check the power cable for damage and replace if necessary. If the problem persists, try a different outlet or contact support.
To update the firmware, go to Settings > System > Software Update, and select 'Check for updates'. Follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset & Admin > Factory Reset. Confirm the action when prompted.
Ensure the volume is not muted and is set at an audible level. Check the audio output settings and confirm that external devices are properly connected.
Adjust the picture settings by going to Settings > Picture. Try different presets like 'Movie' or 'Standard', and adjust brightness, contrast, and sharpness to your preference.
Check the input source by pressing the 'Input' or 'Source' button on your remote. Ensure cables are securely connected and the correct input is selected.
To enable subtitles, press the 'Subtitle' button on your remote. Choose the preferred subtitle language from the available options in the menu.
Turn off the TV and use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using any cleaning agents or excessive pressure.
Replace the batteries and ensure they are inserted correctly. If the problem persists, try resetting the remote control by removing the batteries and pressing the power button for 10 seconds.
