To fill the water tank, make sure the iron is unplugged and cooled down. Open the water tank cover, use a measuring cup to pour water into the tank up to the maximum fill line, and then close the cover securely.
Check if the power cord is properly plugged in and the power outlet is functional. Ensure the temperature control dial is set to the desired setting. If it still doesn't heat, consult the user manual for further troubleshooting or contact customer support.
To clean the soleplate, unplug the iron and let it cool. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe the soleplate, avoiding abrasive cleaners. For stubborn stains, use a mixture of vinegar and water.
Ensure the water tank is not overfilled and the iron is set to the appropriate temperature for steam. Water leakage can occur if the iron is not hot enough to produce steam. Adjust the settings accordingly.
To use the steam burst function, fill the water tank, set the iron to the steam setting, and allow it to heat. Press the steam burst button to release a powerful burst of steam for stubborn wrinkles. Use it sparingly to prevent water spots.
Regularly empty the water tank after use to prevent mineral buildup. Wipe the soleplate and exterior with a damp cloth. Perform a self-cleaning function as recommended in the user manual to maintain optimal performance.
It's recommended to use distilled or demineralized water to prevent mineral deposits inside the iron. If using tap water, regularly perform the self-cleaning function to minimize buildup.
Ensure the soleplate is clean and set the temperature according to the fabric type. Avoid ironing over zippers or buttons that could scratch the surface. Use a pressing cloth for delicate fabrics.
Check if the water tank is filled and the steam setting is activated. Allow the iron to reach the selected temperature. If there is still no steam, perform a self-cleaning cycle to clear any blockages.
Unplug the iron and let it cool completely. Empty the water tank and wipe any moisture. Wrap the cord around the designated area and store the iron in an upright position to prevent damage.
