To reset the Sencor SDB-6010SI Receiver to factory settings, go to the main menu, select 'System Settings', then choose 'Factory Reset'. Confirm your selection and the receiver will restart with default settings.
Ensure that the power cord is securely connected to both the receiver and the power outlet. Check the outlet by using another device. If the problem persists, try using a different power cable or consult customer support.
