Ensure the heater is placed on a stable, level surface. Plug the heater into a power outlet, and turn the power switch to the "On" position. Adjust the thermostat to your desired temperature setting.
Check if the heater is properly plugged into a functioning power outlet. Ensure the power switch is turned on. If the heater still does not operate, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker and reset if necessary.
Before cleaning, unplug the heater and let it cool down. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the heater in water.
Unusual noises can result from loose parts or debris inside the heater. Turn off and unplug the heater, then inspect for any visible obstructions. If the issue persists, contact Sencor customer service for assistance.
The thermostat can be adjusted using the control dial on the heater. Turn the dial clockwise to increase the temperature and counterclockwise to lower it.
Regularly remove dust and debris from the heater's vents. Perform a thorough cleaning at least once a month during heavy use, and inspect for any signs of wear or damage.
The heater is not designed for use in wet or humid environments such as bathrooms. Using it in such areas can pose a risk of electric shock or damage.
Place the heater in a location that allows unobstructed airflow. Avoid blocking the air intake or exhaust vents, and keep doors and windows closed to maintain the room temperature.
The heater is equipped with an overheat protection feature that automatically turns it off. If this occurs, unplug the heater, allow it to cool, and remove any obstructions blocking the vents before restarting.
Unplug the heater and let it cool completely. Clean it thoroughly, then store it in a dry, dust-free location. Avoid wrapping the power cord tightly around the heater to prevent damage.
