The Sencor SBS 2300BK is designed to automatically calibrate. Simply place it on a hard, flat surface and make sure it reads zero before stepping on it.
If an error message appears, ensure the scale is on a flat surface and not overloaded. If the issue persists, try resetting the scale by removing and reinserting the batteries.
To change the unit, locate the unit button on the back or bottom of the scale and press it to toggle between kilograms, pounds, and stones.
The maximum weight capacity of the Sencor SBS 2300BK Scale is 180 kilograms or 396 pounds.
To replace the batteries, open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale, remove the old batteries, and insert new ones following the correct polarity.
The scale may automatically turn off to save battery life. Ensure you're not exceeding the maximum weight and that the batteries are fully charged.
Using the scale on a carpet may affect its accuracy. For best results, place it on a hard, flat surface.
Clean the scale with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or submerging it in water.
To reset the scale, remove the batteries for a few minutes and then reinsert them. This should reset it to default settings.
Ensure the scale is on a stable, level surface. Check the batteries and replace them if necessary. If inconsistencies continue, contact Sencor customer support.
