Allow the grill to cool down completely, then detach the grill plates. Wash them with warm soapy water or place them in the dishwasher if they are dishwasher safe. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
Check the power connection and ensure the grill is plugged into a working outlet. Also, inspect the temperature settings. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer service.
Preheat the grill before use and lightly coat the grill plates with cooking oil or a non-stick spray. Ensure the food you are cooking is also oiled or marinated.
It is recommended to use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the non-stick surface of the grill plates.
Use the temperature control dial located on the front of the grill. Turn the dial to the desired temperature setting based on the food you are grilling.
Ensure the grill is thoroughly cleaned and dry before storing. Place the grill in an upright position in a cool, dry place. Wrap the cord securely to prevent damage.
The Sencor SBG 5000BK Grill is designed for indoor use. Using it outdoors is not recommended as it may expose the appliance to moisture and other outdoor elements which can cause damage.
The grill is equipped with an indicator light that turns on during preheating. Once the desired temperature is reached, the light will turn off, indicating the grill is ready for use.
Ensure that the grill plates are clean and free from excess grease. If the smoke persists, check the food's fat content and adjust the cooking temperature accordingly.
Regularly check the grill plates for wear and tear and ensure the electrical components are functioning correctly. Perform a thorough cleaning and inspection every few months or as needed based on usage.
