To align the laser guide, ensure the saw is unplugged, then adjust the laser's alignment screws located near the laser module until it matches the cutting line.
To change the blade, unplug the saw, raise the blade guard, loosen the arbor nut with the wrench provided, remove the old blade, and install the new one ensuring the teeth face the correct direction. Tighten the arbor nut securely.
If the motor overheats, turn off the saw immediately, allow it to cool down, and check for any blockages or obstructions in the cooling vents. Ensure the saw is not overloaded.
Regularly check and empty the dust bag, clean the dust port, and ensure the vacuum hose is not clogged to maintain optimal dust collection efficiency.
For cutting hardwood, it is recommended to use a carbide-tipped blade with at least 60 teeth for a smoother finish.
Ensure the saw is properly calibrated, check the alignment of the fence and miter gauge, and use a high-quality blade for more precise cuts.
Common causes of vibration include an unbalanced blade, incorrect blade installation, or loose components. Check and tighten all parts and ensure the blade is correctly installed.
It's recommended to lubricate the moving parts every 6 months or after 100 hours of use with light machine oil to ensure smooth operation.
Always wear safety goggles, ensure the work area is clean, keep hands away from the blade, and use push sticks or clamps when necessary to maintain a safe distance.
Check if the saw is plugged in, ensure the power switch is on, and inspect the fuse or circuit breaker. If it still doesn't start, consult the manual or contact customer support.
