Regularly clean the tool using a dry cloth, check for any loose screws, and ensure the vents are free from debris. Store the impact wrench in a dry, dust-free environment.
First, check if the battery is charged and properly connected. If the issue persists, inspect the battery contacts for dirt or damage and clean them if necessary.
To maximize battery life, avoid complete discharges, store the battery in a cool, dry place, and charge it using the recommended charger when not in use.
The CIW350-20Li offers multiple torque settings, which can be adjusted using the variable speed trigger to match the application requirements.
It is not recommended to use the impact wrench in wet conditions as it is not waterproof. Exposure to moisture could damage the tool and compromise safety.
To replace the socket, pull back the retaining ring on the anvil, remove the current socket, and install the new socket by pushing it onto the anvil until it clicks into place.
Store the impact wrench in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. It is ideal to keep it in its case or a designated tool storage area.
Inspect the tool for any loose parts or debris in the motor vents. If the noise persists, it may require professional servicing to ensure all internal components are functioning correctly.
