To perform a factory reset on the Mitsubishi FR-A800 FR-A860-00027 inverter, go to the parameter group and set the parameter 79 (Pr. 79) to 1. Then, power cycle the inverter to apply the reset.
The error code E.OC1 indicates an overcurrent during acceleration. Check for possible causes such as short circuits, motor issues, or drive misconfigurations. Correct any wiring faults and ensure the motor is in good condition.
Regular maintenance, such as cleaning the heat sink, ensuring proper ventilation, and checking for loose connections, can extend the inverter's life. Also, avoid operating the inverter in extreme temperatures or humidity conditions.
To configure the inverter for vector control mode, set parameter Pr. 80 to '1' for vector control. Ensure the motor parameters are correctly set in Pr. 71 to Pr. 73 for optimal performance.
Regular checks should include inspecting the cooling fans, cleaning the inverter from dust and debris, tightening electrical connections, and verifying parameter settings.
Check the power supply connections and fuses. Ensure the input voltage matches the inverter's specification. Inspect the control circuit for proper wiring and connections.
Configure the communication parameters by setting Pr. 331 to Pr. 336 for baud rate, station number, and communication protocol as per your network requirements.
Turn off the power supply and disconnect all cables. Remove the inverter cover and unscrew the fan unit. Replace with a new fan, ensuring it's securely mounted, then reassemble the cover and reconnect the power.
To adjust the carrier frequency, set parameter Pr. 72. Note that increasing the carrier frequency can reduce noise but may increase the inverter's temperature.
Access the diagnostic history by navigating to the inverter's fault history menu. The display will show recent fault codes and occurrences, which can be used for troubleshooting.
