To start a wash cycle, load your dishes, add detergent, and close the door. Then, select the desired cycle using the control panel and press the start button.
Check for clogs in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the garbage disposal is clear if connected. Clean the filter and check the pump for obstructions.
It is recommended to clean the filter once a month to ensure optimal performance and prevent clogs.
Use a high-quality, automatic dishwasher detergent. Avoid using hand dishwashing liquids or soaps.
Ensure you are using the correct amount of detergent and that the rinse aid dispenser is full. Consider using a water softener if you have hard water.
Check if the door is fully closed and latched. Ensure the dishwasher is properly connected to power and that the child lock feature is not activated.
Rinse aid helps to reduce water spots and improve drying performance by lowering the surface tension of water.
Remove the spray arms and rinse them under running water. Use a toothpick or similar tool to clear any blocked holes. Reattach the spray arms securely after cleaning.
Check for loose items or utensils in the dishwasher that might be rattling. Ensure the dishwasher is level and that the spray arms are not obstructed.
Ensure the rinse aid dispenser is full and select a cycle with a heated dry option. Additionally, leave the door slightly open after the cycle to allow moisture to escape.
