To descale the kettle, fill it with a mixture of half water and half white vinegar. Boil the solution, then let it sit for about 30 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with fresh water.
First, check if the kettle is properly plugged in and that the outlet is working. Ensure the lid is closed properly and the kettle is seated correctly on its base. If it still doesn't work, consult the manual for further troubleshooting steps.
It is not recommended to boil milk in the kettle as it can cause residue build-up and possibly damage the appliance. Use the kettle for boiling water only.
To clean the exterior, use a damp cloth with mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or immersing the kettle in water.
The maximum water capacity of the kettle is 1.7 liters. Do not exceed this limit to avoid overflow and potential damage.
Noise during boiling can be caused by limescale build-up. Descaling the kettle may reduce the noise. Ensure there are no foreign objects inside the kettle as well.
The kettle itself is cordless when removed from its base, allowing for easy pouring and maneuverability.
To replace the filter, open the lid and locate the filter near the spout. Remove the old filter and insert the new one as per the instructions in the manual.
Check if the lid is closed properly and inspect the kettle for any visible cracks or damage. If leaking persists, contact customer service for assistance.
Descale the kettle every 1-2 months, or more frequently if you have hard water, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
