To change the blade, first unplug the saw. Then, use the wrench provided with the saw to loosen the blade bolt. Remove the old blade and replace it with a new one, ensuring the teeth are facing the correct direction. Tighten the bolt securely before use.
Check if the saw is plugged in properly and the power outlet is functional. Ensure the power switch is in the 'on' position. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse and replace if necessary.
Regularly clean the saw to remove dust and debris. Lubricate moving parts with machine oil, and check the power cord for any damage. Store in a dry place to prevent rust.
Ensure the saw is unplugged. Loosen the adjustment knobs on the fence, align it parallel to the blade using a square, and tighten the knobs securely to lock the fence in place.
Locate the depth adjustment lever or knob on the saw. Loosen it, adjust the base of the saw to the desired cutting depth, and then tighten the lever or knob to secure the position.
Always wear safety goggles and ear protection. Keep hands away from the blade and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped. Avoid wearing loose clothing or jewelry that could get caught in the saw.
Check if the blade is dull or damaged and replace if necessary. Ensure the fence and blade are properly aligned. Also, verify that the workpiece is securely positioned and supported throughout the cut.
Turn off the saw and allow the motor to cool down before resuming. Check for any obstructions in the ventilation slots and clean them if necessary. Ensure the saw is not overloaded beyond its capacity.
Unplug the saw and remove the brush caps on each side of the motor housing. Take out the worn brushes and insert new ones, ensuring they are seated correctly. Replace the brush caps securely.
Use the miter gauge to set the desired angle accurately. Ensure the workpiece is clamped securely and that the saw blade is aligned properly with the miter gauge settings before making the cut.
