To start the McCulloch M200-107TC, ensure the mower is on a flat surface, engage the parking brake, set the throttle to the choke position, turn the ignition key to the start position, and release once the engine starts.
If the mower doesn't start, check the fuel level, ensure the spark plug is connected, and verify the battery charge. If problems persist, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
It is recommended to change the oil after the first 5 hours of use and then every 50 hours of operation or once per mowing season.
Use unleaded gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 87 and avoid using ethanol-blended fuels exceeding 10%.
To sharpen the blades, disconnect the spark plug, remove the blade with a wrench, and sharpen using a file or a grinder. Reinstall the blade ensuring it is balanced.
The recommended tire pressure is typically between 10-12 PSI for the front tires and 8-10 PSI for the rear tires. Always refer to the user manual for exact specifications.
To clean the air filter, remove the cover, take out the filter, and clean it with compressed air or replace if it's too dirty or damaged. Ensure it is completely dry before reinstalling.
At the end of the season, drain the fuel system, change the oil, clean the mower deck, check and replace the spark plug if needed, and store in a dry place.
Ensure the blades are sharp, the deck is clean, and the mower is operating at the correct speed. Adjust the cutting height to suit your lawn conditions.
Excessive vibration can be caused by unbalanced blades or loose parts. Check and tighten all bolts, and ensure the blades are balanced and properly installed.
