If the microwave is not heating, check the door seal for obstructions, ensure the door is closed properly, and verify that you have selected the correct power level. If the issue persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
To defrost food, press the "Defrost" button, select the type of food using the number pad, and then enter the weight. The microwave will automatically set the defrost time and power level.
Regularly clean the microwave interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Check and clean the air vents and replace the charcoal filter as needed. Refer to the manual for detailed maintenance instructions.
Sparking can occur if there is metal inside the microwave or if the waveguide cover is damaged. Remove any metal objects and inspect the waveguide cover for damage. Replace if necessary.
To adjust the power level, press the "Power" button, enter the desired power level percentage using the number pad (for example, '5' for 50%), and then press "Start" to confirm.
Remove the turntable and wash it with warm, soapy water or place it in the dishwasher. Dry it thoroughly before placing it back in the microwave.
To mute the beeper, press and hold the "0" button for about three seconds. The display will show "OFF," indicating the sound is muted. Repeat to turn the sound back on.
Check if the microwave is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. If the display still doesn't work, it might require professional repair.
To prevent odors, regularly clean the interior and leave the door open for a few minutes after each use to air it out. You can also microwave a bowl of water with lemon slices to help neutralize odors.
