To start the Kubota T2090BR-AU Mower, ensure the parking brake is engaged, the PTO switch is off, and the transmission is in neutral. Turn the key to the start position and release it once the engine starts.
Use regular unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Avoid using diesel or mixed fuel.
Change the engine oil after the first 5 hours of operation, and then every 50 hours or annually thereafter, whichever comes first.
Check that the PTO switch is in the 'on' position and ensure that the drive belt is properly aligned and tensioned. Inspect the PTO clutch for any signs of damage or wear.
Adjust the cutting height by using the height adjustment lever located on the right side of the mower. Move the lever to the desired position to set the cutting height.
Ensure the fuel tank is filled, the air filter is clean, and the spark plug is in good condition. Check the fuel lines for any clogs or leaks.
Remove the air filter cover, take out the air filter, and clean it using compressed air or wash it with soapy water if it's a foam filter. Allow it to dry completely before reinstalling.
The recommended tire pressure for the front tires is 14 psi and for the rear tires is 10 psi. Regularly check the tire pressure to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure the mower deck is level, the blades are sharp, and the tire pressure is correct. Also, check for any obstructions or debris under the deck.
Clean the mower thoroughly, change the oil, add a fuel stabilizer, and disconnect the battery. Store it in a dry, sheltered place to protect it from the elements.
